How Shared Dev B.V. handles the personal data of visitors to managedflows.com and of people who contact us.

Last updated on 1 October 2026.

Who we are

Shared Dev B.V. makes Managed Flows and is responsible for the personal data that comes in through this website. Shared Dev B.V. is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 72540885. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form.

Your visit to the website

This website uses no analytics or advertising services from other parties. Fonts, images, videos and the site's single script come from our own server.

To improve the site we count every page view: the page, the language, the name of the website you came from, the previous page on our site and the type of device. We store no IP address and no browser details and cannot link views to you. Only if you accept the analytics cookie does your browser also keep a random code during your visit, so we see the route of a visit through the site. We never link that code to you or to the contact form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for the analytics cookie, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Everything about this storage and your choice is in our cookie policy.

Like every website, the web server processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. This is needed to show you the page and to secure the site. We do not use this data to recognise you or to build a profile of you.

When you fill in the contact form

We then receive:

  • your name, organisation and email address;
  • your phone number, if you enter it or would like a call;
  • the subject, your message and whether you would like a call;
  • the page and language in which you filled in the form, and the page on our site from which you went to the form;
  • your IP address and browser version, to detect abuse and spam.

Name, organisation and email address are needed to respond. The other fields are optional.

We use this data to respond to your message, for example to plan a demo or send you a quote. The legal basis is that you ask us to do so before any contract exists (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process the IP address and browser version on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If a conversation or collaboration follows, we add your contact details to our customer records. We do not take decisions about you that are made by a computer alone.

How long we keep your data

  • Messages through the contact form: 12 months after they arrive. After that our system deletes them automatically.
  • Messages we identify as spam: 30 days.
  • Page view counts, including those with the analytics cookie code: 12 months.
  • Contact details in our customer records: as long as there is contact or a customer relationship. Data we must keep for tax purposes, such as invoices, is kept for the statutory seven years.

Who can see your data

Only Shared Dev employees with a personal account. We do not sell or rent your data and do not share it with other parties, unless the law requires us to.

Our application and the database holding your message run at TransIP, a hosting provider in the Netherlands that processes the data only on our instructions. Your data does not leave the European Union.

Security

The form sends your data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It is stored in a protected database that only authorised employees can access. Opening and deleting a message is recorded.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use, have its use restricted, or receive your data in a common file format.

Send your request through the contact form. We respond within one month. To avoid giving data to the wrong person, we may ask you to confirm who you are.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Data in Managed Flows

Organisations that use Managed Flows record data in their own environment. The customer is responsible for that data and Shared Dev works on the customer's instructions. This privacy statement does not cover it; the agreements between Shared Dev and the customer apply.

Changes

We update this statement when the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
