About Shared Dev
Simple software that delivers a lot
Managed Flows is made by Shared Dev B.V. Its founder, Najim el Mouridi, has worked in IT since 1999. Shared Dev is two years old and built Managed Flows in that time.
Our name says how we work: shared development. We build software together with the organisations that use it. What one of them needs becomes a general feature that everyone benefits from. That keeps the product simple and lets it grow with its users.
The founder
Najim el Mouridi is the founder of Shared Dev and leads the team that develops Managed Flows. He has worked in IT since 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience in software architecture and process automation.
Before that, he and his teams designed and built the complete INCONTO platform for purchasing, contract management and digital invoice processing. As managing director he took that organisation to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISAE 3402 type II. He knows integrations with systems such as AFAS, Exact and 4PS from practice.
The Shared Dev team now brings that experience with reliable, secure and auditable software for organisations that must account for their work into Managed Flows.

You choose a process management system for years. With it you get the people who help set up your processes, think about the work behind them and keep the environment running.
Process advice
Before a process goes into a system, we look at the process itself with you: which steps are really needed, where a check belongs and which work can go.
Delivery and management
You get your own environment in the Netherlands that you share with nobody. We take care of the technology and prepare new versions. You decide when they are installed.
Forms for your website
We build the application and report forms on your own website. What a visitor fills in arrives through our secure API directly as a case in Managed Flows. While it is being filled in, the form can look up and check data.
