Grant applications from residents and businesses, from application to final settlement
The municipality of Hoorn manages the grant applications of its residents and businesses in Managed Flows. Applications come in directly from the web form on the municipality's website, by using the ZGW standard, the Dutch national standard for exchanging case data, in the communication. There the municipality follows and handles the whole process: from the first check through the decision and payment to the reporting and final settlement.
The municipality works with Managed Flows Subsidie, the definition for the grant process: linked forms, two workflows and notification rules that watch the deadlines.
